Because all products sold by Zendo are handmade or custom-made, we do not accept returns or refunds without a valid reason once an item has been sold.

However, if your item arrives with any of the following issues, we’re happy to help resolve it through a replacement, exchange, or refund:

  • The item received does not match your order

  • Other quality issues confirmed by us

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item via email or phone and provide the following information:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item showing the issue or damage

  • Your contact details

When returning an item, please ensure that:

  • The original packaging is intact

  • The item has not been used or further damaged (unless the issue is due to a product defect)

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a quality issue or a shipping error on our part. Zendo is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping, so we recommend using a trackable and insurable shipping service.
