1. What are incense beads? How are they different from perfume?

Incense beads are tiny handmade beads crafted from natural botanical powders. Unlike perfume, they release fragrance slowly and purely from plants, without alcohol or artificial scents. They’re gentle, like a fragrant talisman for sleep, meditation, or daily calm.

2. How do you use incense beads?

Wear them as jewelry — a necklace or bracelet. Or keep them near your pillow, in your car, or on your desk. They release fragrance naturally, without burning or devices.

3. How long does the scent of incense beads last?

The fragrance usually lasts for months, depending on humidity and how you use them. To keep them fragrant longer, avoid water and store them in a cool, dry place.

Do incense beads need any special care?

Don’t wash them with water. Keep them out of strong sunlight. Store them in a sealed bag to preserve their scent longer.

5. Are all your products handmade?

Yes. Every incense bead is shaped and polished by hand. Tiny differences make each bead unique.

6. Can I customize the scent or style?

Currently, I don’t offer full custom options. But if you have ideas, message me. I’d love to hear them.

7. How long will it take to ship my order?

I don’t mass-produce incense beads. If an item is out of stock, crafting takes about 10 days. Domestic shipping is around 3 days. International orders take longer due to sea or air transport.

8. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because incense beads are handmade and personal, I can’t accept returns without a reason. But if your item arrives damaged, contact me within 3 days and I’ll help resolve it.

9. Are incense beads suitable as gifts?

Absolutely. Incense beads are light, beautiful, and meaningful. They’re wonderful gifts full of Eastern charm.
