Final Sale Policy

ZendoDream products are handmade and made to order with selected botanical materials. For scent quality, hygiene, and product integrity, all sales are final — we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, scent preference, or unused products. If something is wrong with your order, we will make it right.

1. Damaged, incorrect, or missing items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and product. We will arrange a replacement or store credit.

2. Significant quality issues

If the product has a genuine material defect — broken bead cord, damaged sachet seam, visibly contaminated material — contact us within 14 days. We will discuss replacement options on a case-by-case basis.

3. Cancellations

Because each product is handmade and made to order, orders that have already entered production cannot be cancelled.
