Shipping

Ships from China. Handmade to order, in small batches of 20, in a rural corner of Zhejiang.

ZendoDream products are prepared and packed in small batches. They are not pulled from a large warehouse inventory or made on a mass-production line.

Processing time

Orders are usually reviewed within 2 business days. Because each product is handmade and made to order, production usually takes 1–2 weeks depending on the product and current batch schedule. This production time does not include shipping time.

US shipping

For U.S. orders, standard shipping is free on orders over $65. Orders under $65 will show the available shipping rate at checkout.

After dispatch, estimated delivery time is usually 2–3 weeks. Delivery time may vary depending on destination, carrier handling, customs processing, weather, or holiday periods.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email.

International orders

For orders outside the United States, shipping availability, taxes, duties, and customs fees may vary by destination. Any import duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or missing items

If your package arrives damaged or anything is missing, please see our Returns page for how to report it within 14 days of delivery.
