Will the scent stay strong all the time?
No. ZendoDream works with botanical materials, not a synthetic fragrance designed to project continuously. The scent may feel present at certain moments and quieter at others, depending on the material form, temperature, distance, airflow, and how it is used. This rhythm is part of working with real plant materials.
How do the three scent formats differ?
Herbal Sachets are designed for gentle everyday presence and gradually soften over time. Warming Rituals release scent through heat, creating a more concentrated and atmospheric experience for a shorter period. Incense Beads are made to hold scent closer to the body or object itself, with a quieter diffusion and a slower, more intimate release.
How long does the scent usually last?
It depends on the format. Herbal Sachets usually offer 4–6 weeks of clear aroma, with a softer trace that may continue beyond. Warming Rituals release their aroma mainly during heating and are intended for a single quiet session. Incense Beads usually hold a clear aroma for 6–12 months, with a quieter trace that may remain longer depending on material and use.
Materials & Safety
Where do the scents come from?
The scents come primarily from real plant materials, including flowers, herbs, woods, resins, peels, and selected prepared aromatic materials. Different materials are suited to different formats: some are best experienced cold, some open beautifully with heat, and some are prepared to stay close to the body or a personal object.
What is not used in the products?
We avoid synthetic fragrance, alcohol carriers, phthalates, artificial preservatives, and artificial fixatives. ZendoDream focuses on the scent of the plant material itself, rather than the highly standardized structure of commercial perfume accords.
Are the products suitable for everyone?
Not always. Natural materials can still cause sensitivity for some people. If you are sensitive to essential oils, spices, woods, resins, flowers, pollen, or smoke, start with low intensity, greater distance, and shorter sessions. If you are pregnant, have asthma, severe allergies, or specific health concerns, review the ingredients carefully and use with caution.
How to Use
How should each format be used?
Herbal Sachets can be placed in a bag, drawer, wardrobe, car, or beside a desk so the scent appears naturally in a small personal area. Warming Rituals should be used with a suitable gentle heating method, allowing the aroma to unfold into the surrounding space. Incense Beads are made to be kept close, worn, or placed near personal objects, leaving a soft trace of scent.
Are Warming Rituals a room fragrance?
They have more spatial diffusion than a sachet, but they are still not a loud commercial diffuser. Heat releases deeper aromatic layers from the materials, making Warming Rituals suitable for reading, quiet time, evening wind-down, or moments when you want a space to become calmer. The actual range depends on the material, temperature, room size, and ventilation.
What should I do the first time I use it?
Start light, short, and at a little distance. Place a sachet in a bag or near a desk before keeping it very close. Use Warming Rituals at a low temperature for a short session at first. Keep Incense Beads near you rather than directly against skin for long periods until you understand how your body responds to the scent.
Orders & Preparation
Why does an order need preparation time?
ZendoDream is not a warehouse-stock fragrance brand or a factory-line product. Different formats require different levels of material sorting, blending, filling, scent-setting, stabilization, or packaging. This preparation time helps each piece feel balanced and properly finished.
Do all formats take the same time to prepare?
No. Herbal Sachets are usually simpler to prepare. Warming Rituals require the materials to be portioned and matched according to their condition. Incense Beads often need a longer period of preparation and stabilization. Please refer to each product page or order note for the most accurate timing.
Will every batch smell exactly the same?
Not exactly. Real botanical materials vary with origin, season, drying condition, and batch. We aim to keep the overall scent direction stable, while allowing natural differences in color, texture, scent strength, and aromatic layers.
Shipping
Where do orders ship from?
ZendoDream ships from Zhejiang, China. Products are prepared and packed in small batches before being sent to their destination.
How long does processing and preparation take?
Orders are usually processed within two to four business days. Product preparation generally takes three to fifteen days, depending on the format and the current batch schedule. This does not include shipping time.
How long does delivery take after dispatch?
After dispatch, delivery usually takes about seven to fourteen business days. Customs, carriers, weather, holidays, and local destination handling may affect the final timing. Tracking information will be sent by email after shipment.
Returns & Care
Can I return a product?
No. All sales are final. We do not accept change-of-mind returns because each product is handmade and made to order. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or has a genuine quality issue, see the next question or visit our Returns page for the full policy.
What if my package arrives damaged, missing items, or incorrect?

How should different formats be stored or cared for?
Herbal Sachets should be kept dry and away from direct sun or moisture. Warming Ritual materials should be stored in a cool, dry place and kept away from children, pets, and open flame.
