1. About ZendoDream

These terms govern your use of zendodream.com, operated by ZendoDream — a small-batch botanical scent studio in rural Zhejiang, China. For studio details, see our Contact page.

Because our materials are botanical and batch-based, each product may vary slightly in color, texture, scent strength, scent duration, and overall aromatic character.

2. Product Information

We do our best to describe our products accurately. However, scent is personal and can be affected by temperature, humidity, airflow, distance, storage, heating method, and individual sensitivity.

Product images, descriptions, scent notes, usage examples, and duration estimates are provided for general guidance only. They should not be understood as guarantees that every person will experience the product in exactly the same way.

3. Product Use and Safety

ZendoDream products are intended for personal scent, home ritual, and lifestyle use only. They are not food, medicine, medical devices, toys, or products for ingestion.

Please use each product only as directed on its product page, label, or care instructions. Keep all botanical materials away from children and pets. Do not ingest the materials, place them in the mouth, or apply loose materials directly to broken or irritated skin.

Warming Ritual products involve heat. Use only with a suitable heat-safe vessel or device, on a stable heat-resistant surface, and in a well-ventilated area. Do not leave heated materials unattended. Keep away from open flame, flammable materials, children, and pets.

Camphor. Our drawer sachets, warming discs, and incense beads may contain mountain camphor. Caution: do not ingest. Keep away from children and pets. Use in well-ventilated areas. Avoid prolonged direct skin contact. Discontinue use if irritation, headache, or respiratory discomfort occurs.

4. Allergies and Sensitivities

Natural does not mean suitable for everyone. Botanical materials, essential oils, woods, resins, flowers, spices, smoke, or aromatic compounds may cause sensitivity or allergic reactions in some individuals.

If you are pregnant, have asthma, allergies, fragrance sensitivity, skin sensitivity, respiratory concerns, or other health conditions, please review the product information carefully and consult a qualified professional if needed before use.

5. No Medical Claims

ZendoDream products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or mitigate any disease or medical condition. Any references to quietness, ritual, atmosphere, memory, comfort, or personal experience are descriptive and lifestyle-oriented, not medical claims.

Our products are not designed or marketed as sleep aids, anxiety treatments, respiratory treatments, therapeutic drugs, disinfectants, insect repellents, or antimicrobial products.

6. Orders, Availability, and Preparation Time

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Because ZendoDream products are prepared in small batches, certain items may require additional preparation time, may sell out, or may be adjusted or discontinued without prior notice.

We may refuse or cancel an order if there is an error in pricing, product information, availability, payment, shipping details, or suspected misuse of the website.

7. Shipping, Customs, Returns, and Refunds

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local requirements that may apply in their destination country or region.
